  An improvisational musician who plays an electronic musical instrument that uses a signal sound (sine wave) and is active worldwide. 2003 Ars Electronica Goldennica Award winner. While working on a wide range of activities such as presenting sound installation works and publishing photo books, she participated in composing the song for the NHK TV series “Ama-chan”. She won the 55th Japan Record Awards Composition Award for “Shiosai no Memory”, which he co-wrote with  Otomo Yoshihide. Since then, she has also worked as a composer, lyricist, sound project director, etc. In 2022, restarted European performance tour. The sound sources of installations and new works are being released irregularly.
